Welcome to Empowered Journey! I’m Olivia Lynch, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Danbury, CT. With a deep passion for healing and personal growth, I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. As an EMDR Certified Therapist, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, and EMDR Trainer, I offer a range of services including therapy, consultation, and training. At the core of my practice is a fundamental belief that we are all human and we all have wounds, some deeper than others.
